Why so different levels of exhaustion ???

Train twice a week….keep all variables the same and train about same intensity each evening session (Mon and Thurs or Friday ) ….hydration, stretching, sleep same amount etc afterward

But sometimes ….the next day I feel normal …….but other times I feel absolutely exhausted and spaced out in so tired until like 7pm the next day

It’s hit or miss about 50:50
