What weight bag should I get?

I’m looking to get a heavy bag, and I’m debating between 45kg and 60kg.

I weigh around 90 kilos, and I know that there’s a rule for half your body weight, but I tend to hit heavy, and I’ve found that even a 45 can swing a lot.

It should be noted that the 60kg comes with a wall bracket and the 45kg doesn’t.

This will be used for daily bag work.
