Hello,
I’m about 30 days from weigh-in (136lb) and currently am roughly 152 in the mornings.
Drinking about a gallon and a half daily and have been taking creatine as well. Meal plan has been pretty straightforward and definitely on a caloric deficit.
I train 5-6x a week (including s&c work) and have been consistent for a while.
Am I reaching to make weight? From my previous experiences I’d usually normally be about 146-147 but I’ve been coming down from about 165 for a little bit now. Will have 24 hours (maybe more from weigh in to fight).
Ideally before weigh in day I think I can get to around 144 and water cut the rest and utilize the water loading protocol week of.
Just looking for some input and possible tips lol hopefully I didn’t overshoot this as I generally am lighter but have over the years naturally put on some size, thanks.
Edit: I also am probably under eating I’d estimate maybe im I’m taking about 1500-1800 calories a day.
