Tiger muai thai question

Hello everyone. I am planning to do my first trip to Thailand this january and heard really great things about tiger muai thai (peter yan, fiziec etc) and was just wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions regarding my stay. Should I do an all inclusive package with room accommodation or just the training? How hard is it to find a hostel/hotel beside the gym? Or should I go with another gym instead? I have been training muai thai for a year and a bit now and experienced with boxing as well. Looking to pick up grappling because I heard they do mma at the gym as well.
