6 months into muay thai so far, progress going well so far. I wanted to post and ask about teeps. How do I improve my teeps, and what helped you improve yours? What are some common problems with beginner’s teeps? Almost every aspect of my game is progressing well, but I seem to be stuck on teeps. Coach tells me my footwork is wrong for the teeps, and im just not successful in landing them during fast paced drills or sparring. Im a taller fighter. Any advice is appreciated.
