Still not conditioning my shins properly after 2 years – need advice

Hey everyone,
I’ve been training Muay Thai for almost 2 years now. I do pad work regularly and, after training, I usually throw around 50 kicks on the BOB dummy specifically to condition my shins.

Despite that, my shins still don’t feel very conditioned. Today during sparring I actually hurt myself on a check, and it made me realize that whatever I’ve been doing might not be effective enough.

Has anyone else dealt with this?
Any tips or methods that actually helped you develop better shin conditioning over time?
Would love to hear what’s worked (or hasn’t) for you.
