Sparring with my wife and daughter every Sunday has become a bit of a ritual for us. My favourite day of the week.

Here’s a short video of my wife, daughter, and I all sparring each other last weekend. My daughter has been training Muay Thai since the beginning of June and my wife started training less than 2 months ago.

Muay Thai might just be the best thing to ever happen to me. Changed my life in more ways than I could have ever imagined. Only reason I have my wife and daughter in my life is because of Muay Thai. I met my wife 11 years ago while I was training and fighting in Thailand. I got back into training a little over a year ago after not stepping in the gym for 10 years, lost 100lbs because of it.

Best sport ever.
