Hi everyone,
I’ve been training Muay Thai for 2 years now, but lately I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and been at rock bottom for the last few months. No matter how hard I push, it seems like others are progressing faster, and I’m stuck questioning whether I’m improving at all.
Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you overcome it—mentally and physically? Any advice or tips from those who’ve been through this would be really appreciated.
