Seeking advice

I’m a 29 year old male getting back into martial arts after not seriously training since high school, long story short I just don’t move or think like I used to, I’m having trouble with not being able to “lock in” during sparring, messing up footwork, misjudging my range, I’m getting torn apart from not being able to focus on on the “fight” and making mistakes I know I never would have before. Any advice is welcome.
