I’m 40 soon and have been practicing Dutch kickboxing and Muay Thai for almost 26 years. I am a close quarter fighter and rely on my durability and quickness to close the gap between my opponet and me.
As i get older i am thinking this style isnt something that i can keep up into my 50s and even 60s as i plan to train/spar a long time if not necessarily to fight any more.
Peoples thoughts on this and do you think there a particular style/method/technique that is more suited to longevity?
