Hey r/MuayThai I just added a new “Dutch Kickboxing” style to my free NO-LOGIN training app, and I’d love to get your take on it.
Again, if you’re just joining me on this adventure, this group has been really helpful in suggesting combinations for new styles, suggesting features, and debugging issues. You get what I’m trying to do with this app, and honestly, I appreciate the feedback and support.
So anyway…
The combos are supposed to have that classic Dutch rhythm — tight boxing combos into low kicks, volume pressure, not too flashy.
- 1–2–3–Low kick
- 2–3–2–Low kick
- 3–4–Body kick
- And some doubles and high-volume stuff too.
If you’ve trained Dutch-style or just love that grindy pace, give it a spin and let me know:
- Does it feel right?
- Are the combos flowing the way they should?
- Too much? Not enough?
- Anything you’d add or remove?

Press See More at the bottom of the styles (have too many now!) and select Dutch Kickboxing before starting your session.
