Is this beam strong enough to hang a 100lb bag?

This beam in the ceiling of a two-car garage stretches all the way across. It is covered in some drywall. The beams exposed exterior dimensions of 4.5” width and height of 4”. I’m not sure how much height is hidden behind the drywall. I just hung some Olympic rings from it yesterday. Would the beam have the strength to hang a 100lb Muay Thai bag with spring and swivel? I have a Meister 250lb heavy bag ceiling hanger mount that I will be using to mount to the beam.
