I am a jiu-jitsu guy that is trying to get into striking at my gym. I went yesterday and I didn’t think I was going particularly hard, but I woke up this morning with my lats super sore (almost like I had been hitting pull-ups and deadlifts). I don’t know if this is natural that you work your lats that much when hitting pads or if possibly my form was bad? Not complaining either way lol
