I’ve been practicing Muay Thai for about three months, after years of doing home exercises with very little consistency, and I’ve noticed that I don’t have much stamina compared to others, which is normal. I need to improve a lot, especially in technique and punching power, but what worries me is that compared to my teammates (who are also new), when we do exercises like teeps or knee strikes, I get moved much more than they do, yet I try not to get moved. Do you think I need to increase my strength? Do you have any advice? Thanks.
