Early 30s, never trained any martial arts before. It’s only been a few months since I started training MT and I noticed the folks at my gym including some of the newbies have much more explosive power in their kicks and punches while mine feels lethargic.
The coaches aren’t really helpful in that regard but this is the only MT gym close to me. What I can do to improve both explosiveness and speed?
