Planning to start once I move for uni, wondering how often I should train as a broke uni student. Im very strong at least gym wise in terms of powerlifting for my weight, I’m a black belt in taekwondo and i did some very basic boxing and mma (taught from friends). Was planning just once a week but everywhere I see online says 1-2 times is for just if you want to stay fit but can I get good at Muay Thai if I only train once a week? I want to get good at it it’s not just to be healthy I do want to learn and get really good at it.
