How do you fine the “heart” to fight? Training for 3.5 years (on and off) and all my coaches are asking when I’m going to compete

A part of me wants to fight because it seems like an opportunity to test myself but I can’t lie, the other part of me is terrified. Even during sparring I still get nervous and stressed when sparring certain people haha and NGL I feel like a bit of a loser everytime I tell a coach that I don’t feel ready yet

For context I train at 3 different gyms because of awkward work arrangements and at every gym a coach has asked me to try fighting
