So my background is BJJ and Boxing. I took some Private lessons in Thailand this year and have started training at my local MT gym.
My kicks suck. I’ve grasped the techniques “Ok” but I’ve noticed the area where I struggle is kicking waist height or higher. I tend to lean back to compensate for lack of flexibility which takes me off balance.
I’m training 3 times a week and there is stretching in class as part of the warm up. I’m just wondering if this will be enough to improve things or if there is stuff I can do at home daily to make some gains in flexibility.
