Hellooooo! I’m going to Thailand for 3 weeks in March. I want to train twice a day, 5 days a week minimum, but also want to do yoga, swim in the sea, and live a bit of an island life. I am not looking to fight this time, maybe next time. It seems like Ko Pha Ngan would be a great place for this. Any gym recommendations, or any other tips and tricks?
