Gloves to tight

Hey guys, i just received my Fairtex BGV16. I ordered the BGV16, because my hands were way to small for the BGV1 and the BGV1 were a little to hard on the padding. Anyways, i just wrapped my hands and finally put the Gloves on and after like 15 to 20 Minutes my Hands start to „hurt“ a Little Bit, like the area in the middle of the inner side of my hand next to the thumb. I hope everyone understands me, my english isnt the best. I took some pictures of the Area and wanted to ask you guys, if the leather looks to tight or stiff.

Just for Info, This is my First pair of leather Gloves. My Gloves I had before were made of synthetic leather and they were cheap AF and stretchy as hell. I heard that leathergloves need to be worn in, like motorcycle gear, is that True?
