Been training MT for a few months and we’ve done it a few times so far. Never heard or seen anybody else doing this. Sometimes at the end of class, coach has us lightly tap bare shins and forearms with a partner. When I was in a trial classes we did that and that shit hurt like a mofo. It made me question whether I wanted to continue. Does anybody else’s gym condition their shins and forearms like that?
