I power lift 5 days a week and been training Muay Thai for 2-3 times a week for several months now. Something I’ve noticed is sometimes my kick/teep height is lacking. It’s something that my partner has noticed as well and hinted that perhaps power lifting is hindering my progress with Muay Thai. Those that did both like me, did you notice something similar and if so, what helped you improve your flexibility?
