About 8 months ago I posted here about doing my first fight in Thailand at 40, after two decades of training. A lot of that post was about the mental side of camp, and I mentioned using custom audio tracks my coach and I made to help me lock in before training and recover after.
Since then, quite a few people have reached out asking about the tracks. That got me thinking there might actually be something useful here for other fighters.
I built it out into a small app that creates personalized audio tracks for focus before training or fights, and recovery after. It’s about settling the nervous system, cutting mental noise, and staying sharp.
I’m looking for a few fighters to beta test it and give honest feedback.
