I’m away on vacation, so I can’t ask my coach. I was watching a headkick ko and started to wonder
If I’m blocking it like I should be (hand reaching back, elbow up fully covered) should I lean in to meet it or follow the momentum? I think it’s the first one, but here’s what’s confuses me
Meeting it with force: I was thinking that when you run into punches it usually hurts MORE not less.
Following the momentum: Some fighters (mostly boxers) lessen a punches impact by rolling a bit with it. Would this work with headkick or should you meet them and lean into the kick?
