I’m sore today! Went back yesterday and it was my first time training in around 10 years. I’m mid-40’s and I got the itch to start training again. My feet are bruised. My shoulders, lats, and legs are so sore but it feels great. Not a bad sore, just the soreness of actually using my body again.
I guess I’ll see what kind of shape I can get this old body into.
