any tips?

Hi guys. Basically, I’m nearly a total dunce when it comes to Muay Thai. I’ve been doing it for about a week, and yeah. For context, I’m hypermobile, aka really flexible in a nutshell, and the form of my kicks can be really fucking shit sometimes LMAO

I keep giving my knees minor dislocations and stuff, and I also keep losing balance.

Basically, any tips for pivoting your feet/hips and keeping balance? tbh, any tips in general for mostly leg stuff. Footwork, checking/blocking a kick, parrying… anything, really 😭

if you have any other tips aside from footwork stuff, those are more than welcome, too. I want to become as knowledgeable as I can, and even if I suck now, I still want to work hard and become better!
