Hi ! I have been doing muay for 5 months and in addition to classes I started doing two sessions per week of 1 hour bag.
I only work on technique and speed.
I try to correct myself as much as possible on the posture when I kick, do the movements well, come back with my ext guard
Do you advise me to continue these sessions or do I risk developing bad habits since I’m doing this alone?
