I’m currently training in Thailand(1 year already). I train 9 class a week without strength&condition, and now I’m considering to switch to 6 muay thai class a week, and adding strength&condition.
But I was like it’s a rare opportunity to train muay thai more to improve my skill in thailand, because I won’t be doing this crazy training and living in Thailand thing again in the future. But strength&condition is important too.
What will you guys choose? Muay thai only? Muay thai and strength&condition?
