Im looking between these two bags , but have a hard time deciding which one to get since Ive never tried either. I honestly would prefer hanging a bag to a wall in the garage but I feel like it would be a little complex and more expensive.
I would probably only be practicing kicks and punches on the bag, and want a sturdy option. Im a fairly small dude like 135-140 lbs
