Hi there,
I’ve been training Muay Thai since August and I’ve never been a massive eater. Im currently 66kg and 175cm height. I’m finding it hard to recover properly. I train Tuesday’s and Fridays and never feel 100% by the time my next session comes around I also strength train in between in a regular Gym but I’ve been taking it easy as a result. Anyone else feel like they can’t get enough food into them or something to recover properly. Particularly my legs. Or is this just part of it and my body will get used to it?
Any tips on recovering effectively or ways to adjust my training would be appreciated. Just afraid of over doing it and getting injured and not being able to train.
