3 best weightlifts for Muay Thai

Hey guys. I’m trying to get better at Muay Thai and I only have 1 day a week I can fit in weightlifting. I’m planning on pullups because I love them and I need a few other exercises to do. I am thinking squats, bench press, crunches. Please let me know what you think.
