Good stretch routine?

Hi! I want to get back into Muay Thai after a few months off (and before that I stopped for 4ish years) and I’m trying to prevent pain while training, specifically in my hips and ankle/shins (I have flat feet). The pain causes me to be really stiff and tire more quickly, also it just sucks lol so I’m really trying to address it. Does anybody have a good stretch routine I can do on the daily that will help with training? Or even specific stretches y’all recommend. Thanks everyone!!
