Hi, I’ve been doing Muay Thai for a couple weeks, ive noticed that when I too kicks (primerilly teeps) after a gew it feels like i pull my hips and it causes quite a bit of discomfort for around a day or two on the inside area of my hips, is there any stretches or warm ups anyone would reccomend the avid getting this pain?
