Should I Quit?

Hi r/reddit, I (m16 / 4’10” / 110lb) have been training for two days and yesterday I sparred my coach (m32 / 7’8″ / 400lb). He landed 1.5 hits on me and it hurt really bad. Should I quit forever and never leave my house again? Alternatively what style of Muay Thai is best for someone with no muscle, cardio or flexibility and no interest in running, lifting, or stretching?

EDIT: thank you for all the advice and well wishes. I have decided to leave my gym and become self-taught. I have ordered a tire, some duct tape, and a pair of Twins gloves. Bagwork video to come. My first fight in Thailand is next week.
