Best ways to improve leg endurance at home?

What are good ways to improve my leg endurance for Muay Thai? I’m on the heavier side and my biggest struggle right now is that my legs go heavy and wear out fast in training. I know that once I drop some weight and get more reps in, it’ll improve over time but what are exercises I can do at home on my own to decrease my leg fatigue?

(I have access to a jump rope, kettlebells, a trapbar with 25lb plates, and some dumbbells if you were to suggest anything involving equipment)
