I’m not sure if this is ok to post here, but I will delete if needed.
I had surgery at the end of March- 8 screws and a plate. I go to the boxing gym, though I do have a little trouble with things such as jumping jacks and running. I can do it, I just do it with a limp lol.
I”ve been interested in starting Muy Thai, but am just wondering if it’s a waste if I am still limping during some exercises. I’ve heard the classes are pretty intense. Thank you for any opinions and help 🙂
