So…. came to thailand, first training was dope but my feet are full of like huge blisters. I cant move like i did on the first training, i cant kick like i did… i tried everything, everything other than rest seems to make it worse… even if i try to pad it as much as possible it always opens up during trainings… any suggestions? how did u guys solve the issue..?
