Hi all, have my first amateur pmt fight this sunday Have been gradually doing all the right things in preparation but took a bad leg kick last week during a demonstration (was told not to check as example but got hit harder than i would have expected) and after that the swelling was pretty extreme and the leg itself was not able to bear too much weight but 72 hours later I was fine (3 days ago) I took another kick in sparring but it was an extremely light kick and it was immediately too painful to stand and the swelling came back twice as bad What can I do right now to ensure in the next 48 hours i’m able to actually fight? Too late to pull out, sold all my tickets and worked really hard to get here
