Whenever im throwing my front teep I’ve recently been putting alot of hip thrust into it more than i used to, and it feels like whatever bones in my leg connecting to my hip are being literally ripped out or disconnected/dislocated from the force
So i need some stretching or conditioning
Also when doing skip knees do you ever go wide, when i do take my knee back i do it straight and keep it relatively straight when driving it into the bag, is this wrong?
