Any tips to remove a verruca.

Hey fellow fighter, I’ve been training Muay Thai for a few months now and am really loving it, but…… I’ve had a verruca for well over a year and yes I do cover up with tape and secure it with athletic tape so it doesn’t transfer. Does anyone have any tips to remove them asap? I’ve tried over the counter freezing guns but they don’t work! Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
