I just started taking Muay Thai classes last week and have been loving it so far. Is it realistic for me to keep running a push/pull/legs split in the morning 6 times a week while doing Muay Thai late in the afternoons 4 times a week?
I’ve felt fine so far but I’m just curious to see if anyone else has done something similar as the general consensus from the stuff I’ve seen online is 2-3 weight sessions a week instead of the 6 i’m doing now.
